Hard to say with out a little more research, SPC (Join to see). However, I work for a financial services firm and we were just prohibited from utilizing products of Genworth Financial, Inc. and subsidiaries, and they have very similar financial ratings by A.M. Best to that of Trans World Assurance.

Trans World assurance is a life insurance company that invests in government bonds but is the company actually legit? I have seen topics online about this being some scams but it was back in 2011.
