I don't care what the problem is, why you are where you are, or what you are thinking in this current state. If there is any of you guy/gals out there that think that killing yourself is the way to go...PLEASE... Think about what you are doing. Think about the amount of pressure you are putting on yourself. Think about the outcome. and PLEASE call me. I don't do this anywhere else. But we are one big family. If any of ya'll have problems that you need solved or questions that you have or just simply feel like you have no one to turn to. CALL ME. I may not have all the answers and I may not be the BEST source of advice...but damn it I will try to help you . I will listen if needed and I will be there for you!

I want to let you know about my organization that serves military and veteran families: Project Sanctuary. We understand the grief, depression, and associated feelings surrounding suicide attempts. We focus on healing by bringing the whole family to our retreats in order to promote reconnection to those closest to you: your immediate family.

SSG Siebenaller, thank you for this, I really appreciate the thought behind this offer. Who do you turn to when you need help? There are other groups to turn to one of which is the Veteran's Crisis Line at [login to see] . I have had to use this line a number of times and it is very helpful. I am not trying to detract from your offer. You may hear from me from time to time as I have been diagnosed with PTSD and been suicidal several times. Maybe talking to a new voice at times can help even more. God bless you and thanks again for this offer.

Thanks SSG, I attempted suicide in February, although I am much better now, and do not think about suicide, there are times when I do feel overwhelmed, isolated and hopeless.
