Easy. He is a success. Every failure is counterbalanced by many successes. You must only listen to those who broadcast his failures while keeping mum about the successes.

He is not a success, all of "his" measurable successes are the result of others running his business. A quick look into his ventures shows he has to be removed from power for his businesses to succeed.
