Right now we have 60 acres leased in Michigan, my family owns 3 dairy farms in Wisconsin and hope to turn one of them into a handicap accessible dairy farm once I finish buying out the rest of the family

Just read your web page. Suggest you put a link in this post. I am not an expert on the social work aspects of what you are doing. But my wife and I informally work with a lot of kids in our area to provide "ag experience" Most often it falls into "So you think you want a horse". I personally believe that for someone who is having problems relating to other people, or who needs a point of focus, while they re-order their mind, you can't beat livestock.
