I am going through a chapter right now, id like to keep the story private to whomever can help me but i have some questions i need addressed so i know what moves to make.

SPC (Join to see), if the local TDS/JAG Office cannot help without your 'packet' (as you stated), how can you expect someone else to assist without ALL the information (not just one side of the story)?

Here's the deal. A pending chapter in and of itself means nothing. Its like saying you are pending charges, but nothing is official yet. Until the chapter packet is complete and submitted for initial review, its unofficial and cannot be dealt with legally.
I know you want to get ahead of the game, but I've done a bunch of these chapters over the last year or so and I know personally, there is nothing to fight until the packet is complete and you get your first reading. Until then, it doesn't exist.

You can't reasonably expect to come to a professional network such as this and expect to get "barracks lawyer" support. Your TDS is your support. I wish you all the best.

not looking for "barracks lawyer" support, which is why i was specific that i needed help from someone with a LEGAL/TDS background. im just trying to get some advice about what i can do now to help my situation. but thank you

If you reticent & not inclined to give JAG the resources it needs to evaluate your situation, it is difficult or impossible to attempt any long range solutions. I guess do your homework and look into these resources (can be found here on the site in the Resources for Veterans & Service Members in the legal section. I would caution against being your own legal representative.
