What happened at your post to make part of it famous? Did Elvis sit on the barber chair (Fort Chaffee, AR) or was We Were Soldiers filmed there (Fort Benning, GA and Fort Hunter Liggett, CA) or was Geronimo buried there (Fort Sill, OK)?

Tell us what makes your post or part of it famous. It may be a local myth or legend.

Famous, yet little known at the same time.

Fort Belvoir is home to the Army's central collection of artifacts (30k+) and paintings (16k+) from the Army's birth until today.

Sir, never heard of that before. Interesting. Maybe I will look into that when I am in the area again.

Well there's my second garage which is the envy of all the other guys in the cul-de-sac. Then there's my not so famous lawn which is the bane of the lawn-Nazis which live on either side of me.

I'm jealous, the best I've got here is the gold vault, but they won't let me take a family selfie there. Go figure.
