Now that we got our sequence number, does the promotion order come next?

•FY16 USAR AGR Sergeant First Class Considered Selected results are posted on HRC website, some got their sequence number some didn't. Those that got it will be receiving a promotion but my question is : can they issues promotion orders to those that didn't go to SLC yet but have completed ALC and SSD 3 ?

All schools should be completed first, then sequence number then promotion order.

I hope that helped because if I were in charge, that is how I would do that. As an E-4 watching and waiting for opportunities for advancement, I would like to see things done fairly.

I am not sure how the AGR system works but usually once your sequence number is selected orders are published.
