How useful do you find USAA's Member Community to be?

I've been a USAA member for 10+ years. I've come across this USAA Member Community a few times while otherwise navigating the site to do other banking-related tasks. So I checked it out further today. I noticed that many of the posts on this USAA forum appear to be from angry USAA customers -- which surprises me because I enjoy USAA. What's your take on this USAA forum?

Wasn't even aware of it! USAA is amazing and we use them for everything. Best customer service in the world.

I wasn't even aware that the forum existed, CPT Aaron Kletzing. Truthfully, it's of little consequence to me. I've been a USAA member since I was commissioned in 1973, and virtually every experience I've had with them has been exemplary. I will say that I use them only for auto & homeowners insurance, though.

Check out their car buying program, especially the Mercedes-Benz European Delivery Program the next time Mercedes offers a cash incentive to buy a specific model............fairly good discount off MSRP and free trip to Germany, 1 overnight in hotel and I think they pay for lunch as well and I believe they handle all the shipping to the United States.........you just need to deliver the car to the dock and fly back. You have to pay for the rest of the trip though (hotels and fuel). Usually they have deals in Dec-Jan-Feb......with delivery being in APR or MAY. Even if you opt for regular dealership delivery sometimes you can get $4,000 to 5,000 knocked off a new Benz.

I have been a member since 1960, 60 years, always with some satisfaction. I am waiting for the 2021 NFL TV season to start. IF USAA ADVERTISES ON NFL GAMES I WILL MOVE TO HOPEFULLY A MORE VETERAN FRIENDLY COMPANY. I often wonder how much money I have transferred to USAA during the past 60 years, with very few minor claims.
