Boy Scouts. Seriously. BSA has a leader development course called Wood Badge. It's excellent and the volunteer service helps develop the officer and young people.

Looks like you already have Air Assault, Airborne, and an EFMB if I can read your rack well enough. Maybe C4 or TC3, if you have aircraft around maybe Flight PA so you can do flight physicals?
