Cyber is no an official branch of the Army. How do you think it will do?

The Army Cyber Branch is official with an established standup of 1 SEP 14 (signed by SecArmy today). Don't have more info other than that right now (Army is still working a lot of the details).
update: Got a copy of the General Order - GO 2014-63.
Effective 1 September 2014, the United States Army Cyber Branch is established as a basic branch of the Army, pursuant to the authority of Section 3063(a)(13), Title 10, United States Code.

I would consider it a victory, if the new branch could just make the enterprise help desk, actually helpful.
