What does the Geneva Convention say is required information that a POW must give (add sources if possible)?

I will be using this for an article. It used to be name rank and SSN. I retired the first time from the military in 1998. I am not current on dog tags.

Yeah, if there were a circumstance like being captured with the Pueblo, I'd have been trying not to be seen as a CT, but I'm not sure that would have worked given other documentation that might still be captured by the NKoreans. And I never got ANY tattoos so I was safe there. But I was never on a Pueblo or a Liberty or any other small boat or river boat duty so I didn't see capture as a big possibility.

PO1 Craig Chadwick - Another Reason I liked being on the Mighty Ark, We Could Park 20 Miles Off Iran, Piss Them Off but they Knew Better than trying and do Much About It! 2 Bad it Took the Pueblo and the Liberty before they figured out Putting Us on Virtually Unarmed Vessels was a Bad Idea.
