I agree learn from your mentors. Once you have developed your own style of leadership you will rely heavily on the lessons learned.

MAJ (Join to see), spot on, Sir. The alternative is to watch the people doing what they shouldn't do and don't do it.

Mix both views and you've got one hell of a leader, in my opinion.
