MAJ Robert (Bob) Petrarca Sir I have over 18 years so I guess that counts me out. And I don't think I am in an over-strength MOS either. 92G I highly doubt.

If they offered me early retirement, I probably would take it since it seems like the Army is downsizing everything.

They are offering it right now under certain conditions and in over-strength MOSs if you have 15 years in, in an effort to downsize.
