How likely am I to be picked up for AGR after submitting a request for exception to policy (entry level & performance)?

Of course SGM, i have an entry level separation on my TAPDBR and with my first application to AGR I was declined due to my prior separation. I rejoined and have been in since. To even be considered for the AGR program I need to submit a memo requesting exception to the policy in AR 135-18 stating that no Soldier with an involuntary discharge will be considered for an AGR tour. My question is when and if my memo is approved how likely is it that'll i will get picked up for AGR? (or even considered)
