My first question is... why are ANA soldiers on a National Guard/Coast Guard base?
My next question is... how the hell do you lose ANA soldiers? Were they allowed POVs? Did they wander off into the woods? (If they wandered off into the woods at that base, the coyotes will probably find them before anyone else does..)

They were attempting to claim political asylum. Why they went from Cape Cod all the way to Niagara is a mystery - crossing by Rouses Point or through the Awkwasnee (sp?) Nation near Massena would have been better ideas. Or just going north through Maine.
