Your Service Chief and Senior Enlisted Leader still want your opinion... What NEW Regulation would you write?

As a corollary to my other question (https://www.rallypoint.com/questions/33891-your-service-chief-and-senior-enlisted-adviser-invite-your-opinion-what-regulation-would-you-repeal), what new regulation would you write? What do you feel is sorely missing from your service today, and why? What do you feel would be achieved by imposing the regulation? It can also be the amending of a current regulation.
They will unhesitatingly heed your advice. Which of your service's regulations would you repeal (or amend)?*IMPORTANT* And... WHY and what would you hope to achieve with this change?

To be honest with you, many of the regulations are antiquated and need to be updated for the times and the changes in politics and mentality of many of the senior leaders we have today in DOD.

I concur, and the guidance on social media and professionalism on e-mails need to be addressed. I have to convey the regulations that we do have are not upheld consistent across the board. This addresses grooming and standards of length of hair and conduct in uniform.
