Hello, I am waiting to hear back to see if I can go to the Jun class. How long are the runs? What pace are these class runs at? I’m not a strong runner and fear that I will hurt my classmates with my run. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Pass my PT test without issue. I’m currently training and have taken 1.5 minutes off my run time. So if I just continue running (albeit a bit slow and not walk) my class won’t get smoked cause I’m slow?

Class won’t get smoked because your slow regardless but yea you will be good to go just keep training. It gets pretty hot in Alabama during the summer so prepare for that also.
