How would you handle other people letting their dogs crap in your yard and leave it?

GF and I live in a 4 plex apartment. Most of the neighbors who have dogs clean up after their pets, no issues. But we have two people who come early in the morning and let their dog do their business and leave it. We have posted signs, reminded people to clean up, put down cyenne pepper on the side walk, yet it still shows up. Shy of setting up an ambush, and laying down suppreisve fire, I am at a loss. Police don't really want to deal with this stuff. I am open to suggestions.

Camera! Post their pictures on all the notice boards in each building.

CW3 Kevin Storm Game camera to id the lout(s) who don't do the right thing after their dog has done what it deems necessary. Post the results on social media with appropriate comments; or having id'd the lout(s) find where they live, collect the deposit and leave it at their front door in a leaky paper bag. Option two might be a motion activated water sprinkler, aimed at the usual deposit spot, and set high enough to get both the dog and people.
