This question is geared towards those of us who have transitioned and are now working in the civilian word.  Are you the type of person who is totally dedicated to your career that your personal life is non-existent (live to work)? Or are the type of person who puts in a full effort at work, but knows that there is more to life than their career (work to live)? Does your employer encourage (or discourage) you to be either one of these types?
I do consider myself to be a work to live type of person. It took me serveral years to realize that there is more to life that a career.
Let me know what your views are on this subject.

Right now I'm very much a work to live person. Once I'm on track and achieving my goals, I may very well become a live to work person. My current employer definitely tries to encourage people to be the live to work type.. You could be standing there with your guts in your hands and they'd be like "So you're going to stay and work, right?"

The only way that I would switch from Work to Live to Live to Work if I had a job that I was very passionate about and would not affect my home life in a negative way.
