Honestly it depends on where u go within fort Sam Houston. Some companies are different than others but overall you come in super early and leave super late

You’re going to work some long hours during cycle. Typically anywhere from 14 to 18 hours a day. During cycle break, if you get in usually 10 hours a day. That’s if you get basic training. Not sure about AIT.
