Aggressive intelligence operations. Get as close as possible to the cells, inside them if possible, and monitor until they're ready to strike. Then do what is happening in Belgium right now. That's my prescription, sir.

I agree that we should do something about this. All I keep thinking about is that movie "Traitor". The leaders of these organizations are pretty smart especially since they know the law like the back of their hand. They know that their is absolutely nothing that can be done to them within the U.S. In order of any agency to be able to monitor these cells they need to have probable cause and just because isn't going to cut it. I think that is something that needs to change. I don't agree that with the fact that the government can't monitor what they want, who they want, and when they want. It's all due to citizens being afraid of being monitored. If you don't have anything to hide then there is nothing for you to worry about. I say we should monitor everyone to make it fair across the board.

I agree, enforce the laws and secure our borders. Law enforcement and the NSA need to start monitoring those who they suspect of being in or supporting sleeper cells.
