A newspaper article today, Jan 24, 2019 said that radar system has kept the U.S. led coalition’s aircraft away from parts of Syria?

That is not good news for America.

Lies and propaganda. The Russians disclouse what's convenient, and make up stories when needed. The weapons race is picking up the pace, the Russians have always place special enphasis on air deterrence, because they lack air dominance. NATO will prevail, no matter what the Russians claim.
