While I do believe that the did this to themselves by not evolving (with respect to their business model) I will miss them. As a kid I found it to be the best 'geek toy store' around!

Been a long-time coming --- it once was a great store but it just didn't keep up with the times.

Agreed but it is still a shame because their stores always seemed to have that thing-a-ma-jig I need for my electronic projects.
