If you are receiving 100% service connected disability compensation, and you're convicted of a felony, will you lose any of your benefits?

Technically they are not wrong answers.... Just because you are a Felon doesn't mean you loose your benefits, it is when you are incarcerated, which the OP never asked about if you loose them being incarcerated just if you are convicted of a felony.

I don't believe they have any correlation with each other. I don't see how the VA would deny anybody unless they committed a felony while they were in the military and were discharged for that.

If you're incarcerated more than a couple weeks, they pay you at a lower disability rate. Alternatively, you can designate a dependent or spouse to receive the disability compensation at full amount in your place.

"VA disability compensation payments are reduced if a Veteran is convicted of a felony and imprisoned for more than 60 days".
So this is what I have read. It states you must be convicted and imprisoned to loose benefits not just be a convicted felon. So I don't see where the simple answer is YES to be just convicted of a felony to loose your benefits.
