Should there be a ribbon or medal for military members who obtained the rank of Eagle Scout, besides automatic advancement?

Boys who are Eagle Scouts (same for girls in Girl Scouts who get gold star) get advanced to E-3 in the military when they enlist. Do you think that there should be a ribbon or metal awarded to them to distinguish them for their hard work besides just advancement in paygrade?

We want to wear awards for childhood achievement's? How about band awards? Or debate club awards? Or sports? Perhaps that pottery competition was mighty fierce!
No. Leave childhood for the children. You're an adult. It's time to start collecting adult accomplishments.

TSgt Scott Hurley - I got all the trophies on my PS 4 for Medal of Honor --should I get a military medal for that?

there are different awards for adult leaders like the wood badge that scouters can be awarded.

William Barry - That is true. The Distigushed Eagle Scout award is the Highest award given to an Adult Eagle Scout that has done much for the community in their career. In other words the Eagle Scout Award like I said Before is not a youth award. It is a LIFE TIME AWARD. And yes, it is earned when they are a youth. But to the military, it really means nothing. The only thing it will get you is a couple of stripes that's it.

Doesn't it already show leadership potential since most Eagles lead a troop of 45 scouts? ==even a patrol leader leads 8. A SEAL team is 6. I made star and it was work. I can respect someone like Peter Bossee. IF you told me as a soldier or marine my sgt was an Eagle I would still look highly upon them as it is real work to earn that.
