After the leak of classified government documents, Ed Snowden glad the country. Now he wants to come back and get a fair trial. What should be done and is he still entitled to a fair trial?

Yes Snowden is still entitled to a fair trial but will he get one that is a different story. Although he committed a crime he is still an American and has rights.

I think he should get a fair trial, SGT (Join to see). That's part of our way of life. I think he has admitted to stealing classified information and sharing it with our enemies. Even with that, I'm hearing talk (just talk among colleagues) that Snowden will get off with a slap on the wrist. Lord, I hope that is not the case. Based on what I have read in the news, I think he damaged our national security in a major way. I don't think he should get away with that. But, I do think he deserves - and will receive - a fair trial.
