What should be changed about the Uniform Code of Military Justice?

If you got to rewrite the code, what would you change about our UCMJ? Do you think most of it works well, or are parts too antiquated? Do you have any anecdotes about how military justice really failed you or one of your troops or how the UCMJ did its job well to serve good process and justice?

This is a very interesting topic and I will need to ponder on it for a bit. I am honestly it has not blown up.

In a historical perspective lets look at Private Eddie Slovack vs Private Manning.

Slovak was executed for desertion, Manning IMHO opinion should of gotten that and then some. Treason by any other name is treason.
