I'm looking to connect with experienced RNs who are either veterans or active duty. Let me know if you have anywhere that you feel I should be looking or posting to make better connections. I have enjoyed posting on here, but want to ensure I'm reaching as many people as possible.

USA Jobs has a lot of listings.

If you are looking for new hires or info sharing in general, 573-veterans is a fairly new site targeting veterans in the Missouri area and that would put you in touch with folks in that area.

Thanks for Sharing, Richard! This is a great place to get the conversation started and hopefully anyone in the Missouri area can use your resource. I'll check it out as well.

I agree! I post on there often and would like to connect more on there with military members as well.

I Googled "medical jobs" and got many web sites advertising medical jobs across the US. Suspect you'd get a lot of responses if you Google "nurse jobs." For Federal Government positions, use USAJobs or check the VA web site. My Daughter is a VA nurse practitioner. She says they are always short handed.

I agree that there definitely is a shortage. I will look into the government related options. I have openings for Inova Health System out of Northern Virginia.
