I’m thinking about choosing Bliss between Bliss, Riley, Drum and Irwin.

I would recommend not taking on the responsibility of a dog anywhere until you start your duties and determine if you have time to properly care for it.

I don't think any unit at any post that requires your MOS will be any better for owning a dog than any other unit and post.
