Where can I find workout equipment during these harsh times?

The global pandemic seems not only to have affected people. No one seems to have a bench press or even dumbbells in stock. Has anyone else found any hidden gems (no pun intended) where this kind of equipment is available?

I have a set of dumbells I use. I also jog, do push ups, crunches, and walk up and down the stairs while I carry dumbells.

I ran down the stairs at the place I currently rent (until I move in June) but I was reported to the office. Looking back, it wasn't very classy of me to do.
