Either while you are in the military or after you are out, how do you continue your oath to serve the nation? Unless you believe you are released from the oath. How are you involved? Civil clubs? Churches? Veterans service organizations? Scouting?

I was for 5 years the Unit commander of a Young Marines unit. After moving and giving up the unit, I have been looking for another active one to join.
It is a great way to teach and mold young children. They start at 8years old. It was great watching them learn and grow. Best of all, they learned to teach each other. The units are supervised by adults, but ran by the Young Marines.

Just as your picture depicts, I have been a Boy Scout leader for the past 6 years. I am also a member of our town's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and put my 20+ years of training to use.
