Hi all!! My mother in law is prior service and well she and my wife are both completly convinced that i have ptsd.... How ever va will only go as far as to say sever anxtiety chronic major depression .....i can hardly go into the va with out breaking down into a panic attack... What do i do??? Its ruining my married of 9 years and two deployments.....i just want help...i hardly evr leave the house my sleep is fitfull im jumpy when im outta my house .....

I guess you are out of the military? Do you have anxiety, stress, a pit in the stomach, restless nights, low appetite, racing thoughts, and depression?

lol that and then some... ive basically become a shut in... i dont really like going any where not even out with the wife.... i feel uneasy when im outside like some ones watching me....i get seemly random panic attacks .. been having them allday today actually....and yes i hardly eat.. have to force my self sometimes....ive lost ten lbs in a week before just due to poor appetite and suffer from ibs
