Integrity is an absolute. It is a you have it or you don't. There are no levels.

Capt (Join to see), very well said. The one thing I know about a liar is that they lie. I don't necessarily know if they are lying to me right now, today. But I now have to consider the possibility.

Senior leadership, too many sad articles of General Officers whose conduct is disgusting and demeaning of the service. Look at Gen Patreous falling to the writer of his own ego. Would someone Imagine H. Norman Schwarzkopf in such a situation?

Starting at the top with our most senior leaders who are in the spotlight. Leading by example is the simplest thing but is becoming increasingly more difficult for those at the highest positions.
