What are deployments generally like for a 14H? Specifically what does the lifestyle consist of and how often/long are the deployments?

Just like any other unit deploying. The average for Reserve/Guard is 9 months. The average for Active Duty is 12 months. But, this is dictated by the mission. Lifestyles are consistent with long hours...probably rotational shifts....You will either work on one site and live on another or you will live and work on the same site.
There is no real way to answer this as every single deployment is different and there are too many areas in which a 14H can go IOT give a cookie cutter answer. No two sites are the same.

Generally speaking, assuming you're in patriot, you'll be responsible for reporting information to higher HQ. It's extremely relaxed, except when there are "exercises." Ultimately, this should give you more time with your units Warrant and the ability to pick their brain. Use this time to learn all you can about your job, specifically in regards to tactical data links. You'll never get as much hands on time on the equipment as you do on deployment. Depending on the location of the deployment, you'll either be right next to all the good Air Force stores.... or extremely remote and away from everything. Regardless of all that, deployments go by pretty quick. You'll make a ton of money and (hopefully) get the opportunity to stand out and show why you're better than your peers.

Thank you for the informative response Sergeant it’s really helping to put my mind at ease about what to expect moving forward, it’s really been hard to find any information about what all goes into this MOS up until now so I greatly appreciate you taking out the time to speak with me.
Another question that has come to mind is: lately I’ve heard that most of the other 14H have been shipped to mostly OCONUS stations and I was wondering if that was an across the board thing or not? I guess my real question is: in the current climate of things is the likelihood of being stationed OCONUS greater than CONUS?

I can't really speak on how manning is dictated now with soldiers and where they get stationed. However, for me and a lot of others, our first stations were overseas... specifically Korea and Germany. The reason for always having a need for OCONUS locations is because no one wants to go there. It's cold, its away from home, Patriot in general has a high OPTEMPO and many other reasons. Ultimately though, it's whatever you make of it. I had a blast in Korea as an E2-E4, but I wouldn't want to go back as an NCO.
I would say it's probably 50/50 when it comes to OCONUS or CONUS straight out of AIT. All Patriot units are going to need lower enlisted, you all make the wheel spin.
