Stress
This is a list of 7 things that could cause your depression to worsen. I would like to know your thoughts. I know I can relate to a lot of these things.

For Example:

SLEEP: I know I feel much better having had some sleep. Everyone knows that my Friday night is going to be spent relaxing at home. I go to sleep around 10pm and I rest until I don't think I need to rest anymore. I tell you what, I feel great that Saturday and like I can conquer the world. Ask your significant other to help you out!

STRESSORS: My ex-husband is my EX for a great reason. The stressors definitely out weighed what made me happy. (He had a substance abuse problem. I told him he needed help. He agreed, then his moms and pops moved to town and well, their wittle boy didn't need that. There was nothing wrong with him... So, he decided he was not going to get help. I told him to move out and to live with moms and pops. Best move I have made in my entire life.) NO, I am not saying everyone with family problems should get divorced. What I am saying, is that this option worked for me. If you feel it is worth saving, then see a family therapist. Get a piece of paper with good on one side, bad on the other. See if one out weighs the other. Do what YOU need to do in order to feel better.

And this is also why I keep off RP on the weekend. It just works for me. :-)

EXERCISE! Good Lord, my joke is, if you see me running then you better start because someone bad is chasing me! I do not like running. The thought of it makes me cringe, but I still do it every other day. That or walking. And I ALWAYS feel great afterwards. There is no doubt about that.

ALCOHOL: DON'T DO IT!
I realized that my alcohol consumption led me to be extremely agitated or angry. I didn't realize it, at first, of course, but I finally did. Now I limit my consumption to about every other weekend. There might be a day during the week where I might sit at the bar and have a couple of beers to unwind, but that is very limited. Fix yourself before you consume something that is going to wreck yourself.

Focusing on the negative, well, that a lot of the reason I joined RP, to talk to like minded individuals that have the same problem as I do and talk about what we can do to help each other. But I see myself getting sucked into some of the negative talking points. I DO NOT like DRAMA and try my best to stay clear. That's on social media sites and in my life period. That is the main reason I am still single. LOL. I wish I could start y'alls morning with a morning cartoon and a greeting and not have it taken down because it wouldn't cause a stir. I like being told good morning to. It's a positive topic. Maybe it could be a negative, but it is a conversation piece that could change your outlook for the day. IGNORE the negative people and surround yourself with positive and love!

HORMONES??? Yeah, don't get me started on that. LOL

GET HELP!! Not getting help or thinking you can fix yourself is not the best option. If not for yourself, do it for your family or kids, your dog. Just DO IT! Please, talk to someone and/or your doctor as soon as you can.

Y'all have a great day ya hear!!

I banged my head like the sign said, cracked the screen, blood gushing down my face. Started to drink the pain away, made my depression worse. Now the hormones are acting up, going to get pregnancy kit. Help?

For me it would be idle hands, extreme quietness and visual deprivation... TV is always on, a light on at night, I'm on a first name basis with everyone at the gym and my mountain bike is pissed at me... It's funny how things we don't see as related to depression can exacerbate it if left undone long enough, for instance, not doing these things in an effort of trying to be "normal" whatever that is...

There was a time when I felt very bad. My relatives did not understand me and there were certain problems at work. Relationship therapy at https://ca.calmerry.com/relationship-counseling/ has helped me overcome myself and change my habits that have been hindering my quality of life. Throughout life, people encounter different types of relationships, but now I can look to the future with confidence, knowing that I can always count on reliable assistants in solving my psychological problems. Life began to play with completely different colors, and I stopped seeing only the bad.

IV in my spine all the way up to the T3 where the sheath is gone off the nerve from my pancreatic cancer surgery. Yep, it had spread. Total neuropathy in both hands AND feet from the pain pump, clinical diabetes and 6 months of 24/7 chemo.
I crawled around the base of the HPIR radar of the Improved Hawk (CW) Missile System. I was one of the best techs on the Tracker I and Tracker II modules ever. Way too many years doing that. But I beat it, still here!
Thanks,
Rick
