Does anybody have experience with Futures Command? What does it do?

Anybody have any experience with Future Command? I'm a 25Q who is looking looking at a spot in Future Command as a tropo operator in Fort Huachuca. I've heard of FC but I don't know anything about it.

I work in Futures Command as a Civilian and several of my prior military jobs fall under them now.

Basically. The Army created a 4 star command to look at future requirements, capabilities, systems, and technology. Most of their organizations existed already under other organizations but now they fall under futures command.
