I know it's bad. But a week of published AT orders and you forgot to cancel them because they were for a course you didn't end up enrolling in. They're over now and no one has reached out because no one ever remembers when you're on orders. What are the different possibilities? Any option to move them to a time in the future or just definitely disciplinary action?

Orders can't be "moved".
They need to be revoked, and if you need orders for a future date, that would be a new order.
Contact your UA now, tell them to revoke the order.
if for some reason they processed that order for pay, the revoke will mean that money is deducted from drills until paid off.
If you do not revoke the order, you, the UA and the commander are guilty of fraud, which could lead to the UA getting fired, the commander getting relieved, and a field grade ART 15, reduction and collection from you.

Frankly, your UA should not have requested orders until you were enrolled in the class, and should not have submitted for pay until you provided proof of completion of the class.

Not true. Orders can be amended. We amend orders to adjust dates all the time. You can adjust orders in RLAS twice before they need to be canceled and resubmitted.

SFC Michael Hasbun - Sorry, we don't use RLAS, we can only amend the end date.
To change a start date we have to revoke and start over.

Here is my question: How did an RFO get submitted and approved then orders cut for a course you weren't enrolled in?

And how does your unit NOT track who is on orders and when?
