Partnership between the two to get a better understanding of expectations? Educating each other on value and what corporations are looking for?

Actually through the Army Soldier For Life program (ACAP) formerly to merge all the leading companies in the business world and brief the Armed Forces with all the up-to-date information out there.

ACAP is dead, it is now called Soldier for Life - Transition Assistance Program. They try really hard to assist us, but the issue is that there is conflicting information between classes. One class will talk to you about writing a resume and another one will have you doing it completely different. Also, because it is mandatory, class size is huge and most Soldiers wind up being a bigger distraction because they don't care about it.

Universal military service. (Sorry, I'm a little grumpy. I haven't had any coffee yet this morning.)

What are some recommendations for both military and civilian sectors to bridge the gap?
