What is the process for a prior service member to enlist? Do they go back to BCT or is there a separate process for prior service?

So Currently going through the paces to re-up as PS. What's the dilly, my recruiter is fairly new and still a SPC he's a good dude however? Not able to answer a few questions or is unsure of them. So is it back to full own BCT or is there a separate line item for PS?

Your question really hurt my head but I’ll try to answer best to my knowledge. If you’re saying your “Prior Service” and enlisting back into the service, if you had been out of the service for 3 years or longer, you will have to attend basic training again. If it is less then that, then when you choose your Mos, you will get a report date for your AIT (If you are choosing a New Mos)

I haven't seen an active duty Corporal Recruiter since the surge over a decade ago. Maybe you're talking about a Reserve Component recruiter.
If it's an Active Duty Recruiter they are part of a station and have a station commander who can answer your questions

a SPC as a recruiter- damn doubtful, The lowest Recruiter who was school trained I ever saw was an E6

They used to have home town recruiters where you were TD to recruiting as a PFC right out of AIT. You weren’t school trained, just helping recruiters out. Then off to the line…

During Iraq/Afghan, my oldest son's Recruiter was a SGT/E-5 and as sharp as they came. His only "fault" was that he was completely honest which I did NOT see as a "fault," but his peers did. He was the rare type who ensured recruits had their eyes OPENED before signing. Impressed the hell out of me.
My younger son enlisted first. Didn't matter what his Recruiter told him - that kid was hell-bent on going Infantry, Airborne and Ranger. He was guaranteed Infantry (SURPRISE! LOL), Airborne School and RIP (Ranger "Indoctrinaton" Program - I think that's the right acronym translation). So, he gets to Benning and aces Airborne, does the RIP but did pushups wrong and was a "No-Go," like ALMOST everyone at his career stage.
THEN he goes to Infantry Basic. Yes, in THAT order. He was a Reservist and went to Ft. Jackson the summer between his Junior and Senior high school years. When they put him in Infantry Basic, he joined a company that was already half-way through their training. He had a blast because ALL the stuff he'd had a Jackson, they were just getting into that phase (weapons qualifications, tactics, etc) so it was a cake walk for him.
