Maybe they will loan us the money to buy a couple - I'm sure they would give us a real good deal.
China has recently announced that it will be expanding it's maritime power to handle open seas protection as well as shift in it's air power from territorial air defense to be both offensive and defensive in capabilities. Aircraft carriers, new stealth fighters and now stealth hunting drones and even a little more unsettling joint naval exercises in the Mediterranean with Russia. Also Russia will be one of the biggest outside investors in China’s proposed development bank, which the Obama administration tried to undercut as it would give Russia a seat on the board of directors - Russia and China vs the rest of the world.

Hopefully...the sad fact is they are using the money that we pay them to service our debt to buy weapon systems that may kill Americans.

MAJ Robert (Bob) Petrarca - Major; Para 6 of the above headlined story "An unnamed highly placed Pentagon source who has asked to remain anonymous because he is not authorized to release classified DoD information to the media, yesterday produced a pencil sketch of the computer generated image of the concept model that is to form the basis of the discussions of the soon to be formed focus group which will be charged with developing the terms of reference for the study commission that will consider the viability of producing this missile (tentatively named the "MIssile Equally As Good Like Everyones" [the MI EAGLE"]). Tentative plans to award contracts to commence construction of the production facilities indicate that an RFP will be issued on or about July 1, 1046.
