I am SPC Miranda, an active duty soldier in the army. I'm currently working in my flight warrant officer package. I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and I have a Master's degree in Finance, as well. In addition, I have a graduate certificate in portfolio management and i Have 240 in my PT score. I have various recognized from Battalion and Brigade level for my hard work and dedication. I want to know if I am considered a competitive candidate for Flight Warrant Officer?

From what I understand from others that have either been accepted or rejected....the only ones that know if you're competitive or not is the Board.

You didn't say how long you have been in the Army, or your age... If young enough, why not apply for OCS? You have two college degrees and have Army experience... Just a thought...

SPC (Join to see) - In my view If I were your age and experience and Education, I would apply to OCS, study what you need to know and give it a go... Never sell yourself short or you will later regret it. BTW, I am 79 and have two college degrees and some additional courses...

The issue is for the Army, as an officer, you cannot guarantee a slot in aviation. You would have to be the best out of an unknown number of good candidates and may not even get the option to choose aviation as your branch. The WO route guarantees that you will fly if selected and requires no civilian education (but it certainly helps)

That all sounds good; I wish you good luck with either the Warrant, or as Kerry sugusted, apply for OCS.
