Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS I discussed the Truth / Fact dichotomy at several levels in my college lectures on Science vs Creationism. Despite all of Aristotle's writings, there is a real Truth on all matters and it is what is supported by Facts.
Would you not agree that it is the Truth that the Sun is the center of out solar system? Would you consider that "subjective"?

SPC Jan Allbright, M.Sc., R.S. They aren't mutually exclusive. It's like a Venn diagram. Truth & Fact overlap. Not all Truth is Fact though. There is "Real Truth" (Objective) and there is Truth as people know it (Subjective).
When speaking of sites like Snopes or Politifact we lean much closer to Objective. When speaking of News Media and other Tailored Information sites, it is much closer to Subjective (hence the need for Snopes and Politifact).
But all that said, Fact is free of bias. Truth may or may not be.

Sgt Richard Buckner I linked the actual content of one of them. There isn't anything to actually worry about. The EO's don't actually do what the OP says. As an example:

Is actually the EO that Reestablishing the Federal Safety Council. If you go to each of the EO's listed, they don't do (exactly) what is listed. The text as provided by the OP is an old chain letter, and has been debunked by Snopes (link provided).

Those EOs are to be used in extreme national disasters or a nuclear weapon detonated in CONUS. They're basically null until a national disaster of extreme proportions.

I could see how that being a possibility of course these orders have been around for that long now and still no one has been concerned enough about the potential abuse of power when using these orders. The people are runnin out of choices and our rights are temporary priveleges that can be taken away anytime. Just look at what happeNed to Japanese Americans during ww2
