They SHOULD receive them. NCOERs for CPLs don't count, they don't go on the record. But they should still get NCOERs to get them used to what they look like and the process.

That's way true since we were just as responsible in the UCMJ arena, and equipment signed for and such. Good with the bad as they say and they're stuck in your permanent records if I recall, which may have made a difference.

I was made a Corporal at the beginning of the month. I know NCOER stands for Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report. However, I don't see Corporals very often so I'm not sure if they get NCOERs too. If I do how often are they. If not, why?
