I will say "We were soldiers." Mel Gibson kills it in this. Both the Battalion commander and the CSM are great examples of leadership.

Also, the comparison of the Lieutenants during their training at Fort Benning. One took the time to have his Soldiers check their buddy's feet while the other was all about making himself stand out. I used that clip in teaching a ROTC class on leadership a few years ago.

There are plenty of sports movies that teach leadership values and teamwork. A few examples such as Remember the Titans, Hoosiers and Glory Road. There are also military movies such as The Last Castle, Men of Honor and We Were Soldiers. This list goes on and on but these are some of my favorites and they all have some valuable lessons to keep in your leadership toolbox.
