Why is it we seem to never learn from our mistakes? Arrogance that the only thing I can think of as to why we never look to the future for both positive and negative aspects. Unbelievable.

It's seems that when it comes to many security aspects of our country, we are always in react mode. I think the Army's recent effort to really beef up the Cyber Command is great step, but I think the (Alphabet Agencies) should take the lead and get the best and brightest minds to work on building a proactive work plan to help better prepare our country for the future.

The cost of this preparedness, unfortunately, (I believe), is going to be paid in lives. China will cause 3 mile island to melt down or something, or disrupt the food chain, or open the flood gates of Hoover, before we get serious about stopping their incursions. Theirs, and others'.
