How long does the wing commander take to sign form 368?

My unit have already signed and sent to career development who then routed it to wing commander. Trying to go from reserves to AD

Some thoughts:
-What was Career Development recommendation to the Wing/CC? You should make sure the recommendation was favorable.
-Wing Commanders are busy people. They often limit the amount of administrivia they handle each day based on their time available after completing operational requirements.
-If you need to speed things up, take advantage of the Wing Senior Enlisted Advisor's open door policy or office hours to come in and check on the progress. Be sure to show respect by making an appointment through the Secretary or Admin Assistant.

I totally understand that they are busy and so I will give it some more time, maybe a week or 2 and if I don’t hear anything then, I will make an appointment to go in and check on the process.
