Given the fact that Russia is developing such vehicles as the T14 Armata and the lighter Sprut. Coupled with the fact that they are acting more aggressively in Europe should we be building or restoring more tanks?

Restoring or upgrade current stock I believe is fine. As much as they have upgraded the Bradley's and continually improve on all I think we're fine.

What we need to do (which we are starting to) is get back to is the Combined Arms. Bradley's and Tanks fighting together.

Refurbish and upgrade current stock.is fine but how can anyone say a tank is no longer a viable asset? 100000 dollar missile or 12000 dollar sabot round

I don't know how many mission capable tanks we have and they tend to break down a lot because of the age and high performance of the tank. Tanks will be used when the terrain is not mountainous. We must keep this capability. I read a total of 8,800 were produced but some were sold and many are non mission capable. So at the minimum, I say fix all the tanks we have.
