So what's the trick? How do you get others to endorse you on Rally Point?

<p>MSG,</p><p> </p><p>I feel that if one is active on Rallypoint and they have viewed qualities of your leadership they will endorse you for said leadership. I am fairly new on here and don't have many endorsements either. I am growing my network of leaders that I currently serve with or have served with in the past and I feel that if they see fit they will do so. But sometimes people especially newer users may just need to be made aware that it is an option on here.</p>

MSG, I agree with SFC Gilley's perspective. I think the best way to get endorsements is to contribute positively to the network, mainly through the 'Answers' section and by providing your experiences to help others. I have also been asked a few times to give endorsements here on RP to Soldiers I used to serve with, and I was happy to do that. Good luck!

I know what you mean. I think that as long as you are professional and do the best you can, the endorsements will come. Sometimes we will just have to wait until we actually know some people here so they can endorse you based on their experience with you. If you know someone who was a great leader, whether in garrison or deployed, endorse them and hopefully they will do the same in return.
