I came in July 1987, was stationed in Germany from Jan 1988 thru July 1990, was there when the wall fell. As I am still in, I suspect he may be referring to me...... ;-)

My father was appointed by the late President Ronald Reagan to be a Federal Administrative Law Judge. Plus, I really like President Reagan.

I hope we left a legacy of excellence, high standards, and a never quit attitude. I served from 1981 to 2003. During that time I saw an aggressive training optempo; the use of ARTEP, BCST, and other training evaluation methods; increased emphasis on joint operations; and increasing reliance on the Guard and Reserves.
