Is this VA whistleblower credible? Does VA leave our vets behind unattended?

I did find it interesting that they approached the female veteran and chastised her about filming in VA rather than have an Administrative Investigation Board convened to review the allegation.

Yes they unfortunately often to. I mean look at the whole fake waiting lists that were exposed around 2011-2013 time frame. If I remember correctly weren’t there three locations who were caught? People were dying while waiting for procedures while waiting on these lists. Lists made to cover up their negligence. That’s one of many stories ..
